Joining Parity with over two decades of dynamic sales leadership, Mandy Anderson has a deep-rooted passion for forging genuine client relationships and fostering environments where teams excel and consistently surpass sales objectives. She is thrilled to be able to utilize her expertise to drive Parity’s expansion and significantly contribute to advancing opportunities for female athletes.
Prior to her current role at Parity, Mandy excelled as the Senior Vice President of Client Relationships at 4media Group, where she successfully launched their influencer marketing division. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Revenue Officer at Sway Group, where she transformed sales operations and strategically directed marketing initiatives, encompassing social media and website enhancements.
Mandy’s career journey began in broadcast television, providing her with invaluable insights into the advertising sales landscape. She held influential leadership positions at NBC affiliates, including serving as Vice President of Sales at NBC Connecticut and Regional Sales & Olympic Sales Director at NBC Bay Area.
Beyond her professional achievements, Mandy’s personal connection to sports further enriches her role at Parity. As a proud parent of an accomplished NCAA athlete, she deeply understands the industry’s potential from both a professional and personal perspective.
Currently residing in Simsbury, Connecticut with her husband, Ryan, Mandy looks forward to her son Davis’s upcoming Junior year at Vassar College this fall.
