Kaileen Hanlon

Kaileen Hanlon is the Executive Director of Pharmacy Marketing for CVS Health. She is a data driven
strategic marketer with a passion for storytelling and innovation. Kaileen combines analytical rigor with
creative insights to craft marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and drive impact. Well
versed in marketing technology, she also leverages data to personalize, orchestrate, and automate
across channels.
Prior to joining CVS Health, Kaileen led cross-channel strategy, planning, and media buying operations
for a number of Travel and CPG clients at Havas Media.
Outside of work, Kaileen enjoys spending time with family and walks with her dog. She is also working
on writing and illustrating a children’s book.
