Jack Cantwell

Global Client Lead and Head of Digital, Data & Technology, Dentsu

Jack is an established global media & marketing leader; with 15+ years in experience in the industry and over 8 of those years spent at dentsu. He is currently Global Client Lead and Head of Digital, Data & Technology at Carat Global – the central agency team of the Carat media network.

He has helped brands like Vodafone, Mastercard, Burberry, Standard Chartered Bank and L’Oreal navigate the complexity of the digital & technology media ecosystem; and has partnered with senior marketing executives at a local, regional and global level (including spending 3 years at dentsu Singapore driving client / digital excellence across the APAC region).

One half of his role is client leadership – supporting CMO’s and EVP/SVP level clients across their entire media operations and strengthening their impact & value within their marketing organisations. He creates and oversees solutions rooted in media (as a flywheel for business growth), and these are often integrated with creative, content, CX and technology to drive holistic transformation and efficacy. Jack’s digital / data / technology work sees him support the Carat brand and market agency teams, as well as supporting all Carat Global clients in their own media, marketing & data / tech transformation efforts – he helps define digital excellence standards (ever more important as brands navigate the Algorithmic Era); and acts as a strategic counsel across all client’s major digital workstreams.
