Jenna Hauca

Jenna is a seasoned executive currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at CrossFit, LLC, where she oversees the company’s marketing and media strategy for CrossFit and the CrossFit Games, as well as the global partnerships and retail/merch business units.

A lifelong athlete, Jenna has a track record of elevating individuals and teams while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. In her role at CrossFit, Jenna leads one of the largest internal teams and is responsible for setting the overall marketing strategy for the company, including content strategy, brand activations and partnerships, community engagement, broadcast media, social media promotion, and press engagement. Jenna also spearheaded the launch of the CrossFit Store and hired the brand’s first retail team leader, laying the foundation for a new revenue stream for the company.

Prior to joining CrossFit, Jenna led global marketing and digital practices at Barry’s Bootcamp, where she played a leading role in the company’s digital transformation and growth strategy in the lead up to a successful exit. At Barry’s, Jenna led the launch of the brand’s first mobile applications, all web properties and introduced groundbreaking marketing programs such as The Academy, an innovative loyalty program that revolutionized customer engagement in the fitness space. Jenna also architected Barry’s X, the brand’s first digital business, which generated over $1M in monthly revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic, solidifying Barry’s position as a leader in fitness innovation during a challenging period.

Before her tenure at Barry’s, Jenna led digital, analytics, strategy, and business development efforts at Generator Media + Analytics, a NYC-based marketing agency supporting high-profile clients such as Jenny Craig, Curves Gym, American Red Cross, Chase, and Chiquita.

Jenna served as a volunteer firefighter, a Nationally Registered EMT, and played NCAA Division 1 Ice Hockey at Princeton University, where she earned a degree in Neuroscience. Her thesis on dietary predictors for substance abuse was published in The Journal of Physiology & Behavior.

She resides in Santa Monica with her partner, Molly and rescue pets, Storm and Gouda. In her free time, Jenna enjoys working out (CrossFit 5-6x per week), traveling to new places and mountain climbing, with a repeat of Mount Whitney next on her list.
